SENS HØTEL

It was a nice hotel and got everything we needed. Only complaint I have is there is no where to park your car so you have to valet your car and you are charged everyday you’re there for it. Wish they said this somewhere to make people more aware that are visiting. Other than that the hotel was nice and everyone was friendly.

Loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly. The location was great and they had valet parking so our car was in the garage all weekend. We were on the 15th floor, the room was quite big, big windows with a nice view of the city. The shower was nice, good size tv and the bed was comfortable too! The only two minor things that we didn’t like was that there’s no vending machine in the hotel so we had to go to a corner store to grab some water/pop. Also, the volume on the tv was very weird. It kept going higher/lower and we didn’t want it to be too loud to bother the other people in the hotel. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

This was our last stop on our trip and we couldn't be happier with the service we received during our stay. There were two female members of the team who stood out, particularly at check-in. Unfortunately we didn't get their names but one has been there for 1 month and one was a student. They both went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offer us suggestions of places to go and make sure we had the best room available for our final honeymoon stop. The treat and handwritten note (written by a true romantic) left in our room was a particularly sweet touch, thank you. A well located hotel with some fantastic members of staff.

This is our favorite pet friendly hotel with an awesome location, that we stayed about 3 times before. Big rooms. I would have put 5 stars up to the last stay. AC was not working so we did not sleep at all, no water pressure, and had to unplug the tv to get rid of some light coming from the screen. Maybe we got unlucky with this room. We put our luggage up front after check out for a quick walk with the dog and coming back, they did not give my orthopedic pillow back and we were so tired from the sweaty night we had, my husband did not notice with the rush leaving. They did not find it but they did give me reasonnable compensation. Thank you for that. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Hope our next stay will be better cause it's a great hotel.

Our room was clean and spacious. Our hostess, she did this amazing job recommending places to go for dinner. As it was our anniversary spent the weekend there honestly wanted to stay longer. Everything was in walking distance. It was basically in the heart of downtown Montreal. Definitely, will be going back.

SENS hotel has a lot of positives. Really great location - close to many eateries, bus stop, 15 min walk to downtown. The rooms are spacious and huge, give a very European vibe and for once I’m glad they weren’t business-y kinds with black and white palettes. Walls are rich navy blue, bathrooms have soft lighting and add colour through plants. The service is what stood out to me the most - the staff was very quick and friendly got our beds ready on time and all requests for dental kits, glasses and tea were all brought on time. They also have some negatives which is feedback I hope they can take. The hotel is clearly old and requires some work - old doors and appliances, random spaces with no furniture. No smells and odours which has been an issue with us in the past but they are very clean. The room with kitchenette lacks small things like a trash can, coffee but no tea, two fridges? And mismatched cutlery. Overall, we are happy with our stay and would love to come back!

I had an amazing stay at Senz Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and we stayed in the penthouse, which was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and felt luxurious. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (Dec 29-31). I just want to say the staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were unbelievable nice and kind. My brother and niece were also staying at this hotel in another room and when my niece got sick and my brother couldn't leave his room, I asked if I could reheat his leftover food for dinner in their microwave. It was -24 degree celsius (with the windshield) so way too cold to go out. To my surprise they had someone bring a microwave to his room. That was so kind and my brother was able to eat properly. There's a fridge in the room. The rooms are modern, hardwood floor (great as I am allergic to carpet) and very clean. Great towels and powerful shower. Love the desk, fancy ceiling lamps and wifi was powerful for working. The gym is small but you have all the equipment you need in there to do a full workout. There's bottled water to keep you hydrated. There's a coffee shop across the street up the hill on St-Matthieu, it's really good coffee and pastries. It's a bit of a walk to restaurants, but you should be in there in 7 minutes. I didn't have the continental breakfast.
